I am here to support you in finding a positive relationship with food and your body, without using any shortcuts. Think about how you want to feel vs. how you want to look in the long run.

Individualized approach

Everyone’s body is different and so is the road to recovery, therefore, I will work with you to create a unique plan that fits best for YOU. We all have our own way of getting things done, so I don’t believe in setting a one size fits all regimen.

Realistic and achievable

Have you ever set goals for yourself that seemed great in the large scheme of things but the strategy was just not sustainable? Have you failed to reach your goal(s) time and time again and are unsure why? I like to set smaller, realistic goals that can be more easily achieved for your lifestyle.

Simple is best

I like to simplify things as much as possible. Taking action to make changes is hard enough as it is, the journey to reach your goal shouldn’t feel strenuous or complicated.
